besoin d'aide pour FTP

Salut à tous , 

débutant sur OpenBSD 3.7 .. je voudrais télécharger un package en utilisant
ftp par le biais de cette adresse
ftp://ftp.stacken.kth.se/pub/OpenBSD/3.7/packages/i386/   

Il y a un message d'erreur : 

ftp: connect: No route to host
ftp: Can't connect or login to host 'ftp.stacken.kth.se'
